Luis Alcaraz is a founding partner of AXKT-IP and has over 23 years of experience in intellectual property matters. He began his career as an intern in the area and has since worked for prominent Mexican companies, as well as distinguished national and foreign firms. In these roles, he has established an exceptional track record in trademark processing and consulting, both domestically and internationally. His experience also includes copyrights, domain names, franchises, licenses, and declarations of famous and notorious trademarks.
