Graduated from Pavia University. Research activities in Germany (including Max-Planck Institute). Admitted to the Bar in 1998. Co-founding partner of the firm in 2003, provides all-round assistance in every IP and commercial matter. His professional experience led him to deal with corporate and M&A operations.

Luigi is recognized among the most respected litigators in the IP sector, particularly in patent cases, where he stands out for his understanding of technical issues.

Luigi has gained extensive experience in pan-European patent litigation, developing strategies based on the interaction of proceedings in various jurisdictions; in this field, also owing to an extensive network of links made up of foreign colleagues who are leading experts in patent litigation, he has acquired a vast competence in coordination of judicial cases in the various countries. He also advises on contractual matters, particularly in the field of industrial property as well as in the commercial sector, covering distribution and agency agreements as well as licensing of industrial property rights.
