Luciana Denegri

Luciana Denegri is a partner at Beccar Varela, having joined the firm in 1998.

Her practice areas include capital markets, corporate law and banking & financial institutions. She has led numerous local and international capital market transactions, advising the different parties involved. These include bond offerings, equity issues, IPOs, takeover bids (OPAs), debt restructuring, mutual funds (open and closed), structuring of different types of trusts (public and private, financial, among others), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and proceedings initiated against issuers by the Comisión Nacional de Valores (local SEC) such as disciplinary proceedings, among other transactions. She also provides advice on corporate matters to companies under the public offering regime, as well as on regulatory issues.

Luciana obtained her Law degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires (with distinction, 1999) and her Postgraduate degree in Capital Markets from Universidad Católica Argentina (2002). She has participated in numerous congresses, conferences and courses in her practice area and has published various articles.

Luciana teaches Commercial Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association, the Cámara Argentina de Fideicomisos y Fondos de Inversión Directa en Actividades Productivas and the International Bar Association.

She speaks Spanish and English.
