Post-graduate studies in Business Law, Universidad Centroamericana, UCA. Master in Corporate Law with a minor in Corporate Legal Advisory and Financial Markets, Universidad Centroamericana, UCA. Authorized arbitrator by the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Nicaragua Chamber of Commerce.

Expert in trade, investment and finance and has advised clients in the development of credit and collection manuals and procedures. Advised and participated in private arbitration procedures, both as counsel to parties and as arbitrator. Coordinated the management and recovery of a bank’s credit portfolio and coordinated outside counsels.

Secretary of the Bank Credit’s Committee, board member of the Tourism Incentives of the Nicaraguan Tourism Institute, as well as board member of private companies.

She has taught undergraduate and master's degrees in the areas of commercial law.

Authorized arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua.
