Career

Lucas Martins Dias is the partner head of the corporate law practice at ILARRAZ Advogados. Lucas advises national and international clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and project finance. He has provided clients with legal services throughout the Brazilian territory for almost fifteen years. He also lectures corporate law since 2006 in postgraduate courses at different universities.

Professor of the LL.M. Postgraduate Program in Business Law at the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos (2010 - 2021).

Professor in the Corporate Law discipline (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) at the Ritter dos Reis University Center (2010 - 2015).
