Luc Béliveau

Luc Béliveau practises in the areas of restructuring and banking law. Luc was a member of the firm's Partnership Board from 2013 to 2020 and Chairman of the Board from 2015 to 2020.

Luc regularly represents debtors, borrowers, lenders, investors, creditors, receivers, monitors and trustees. He defends the interests of clients in restructurings, liquidations, recapitalizations, realizations of security interests, and asset recoveries.

Luc sits on the boards of several private corporations and also served on the Superior Court Liaison Committee, for both the Civil and Commercial Divisions.
