Louise Cavanagh

Louise is an associate director in Millar McCall Wylie in the Corporate/M&A and Media departments.

Louise has extensive experience on all aspects of corporate transactions including sales and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, investments and restructuring, as well as drafting a wide range of commercial agreements. Louise’s clients range from start-ups and local businesses to large multinational companies.

Louise also regularly advises on all aspects of media law across the film, television and creative industries from project development and financing to production, distribution and exploitation. She has acted on some of the most well-known film and television projects coming out of Northern Ireland in recent years.
