Jason Byrne

Jason is an insolvency solicitor with extensive experience in all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency regularly acting for a wide range of insolvency practitioners, finance houses, company directors, debtors and creditors in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency litigation and he regularly advocates before the Bankruptcy Master in the High Court in Belfast.

Since qualifying in 2007, Jason is one of the very few solicitors in Northern Ireland who has gained the majority of his professional experience working directly for a local insolvency practitioner and is able to draw on that experience to provide expert restructuring and insolvency advice to company directors, shareholders and private clients alike.
