Lorraine advises on a broad range of private client issues relating to estate planning, trusts, probate and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Lorraine deals with the administration of complex taxable estates. Lorraine has extensive experience in applying for Probate and Letters of Administration, including complex applications for special Grants of Representation.

Lorraine specialises in establishing and administering Trusts, advising trustees on their legal and tax obligations.

Career

Lorraine trained at a regional firm before moving to Weightmans in 2018. She was promoted to Associate in 2020.

Lorraine was awarded the STEP Worldwide Excellence Award in 2022 and 2021, an achievement awarded to the highest scoring graduate across the STEP diploma in England in Wales.
