Lorraine is Export Credit Agency (ECA) Lead and has extensive experience of advising ECAs, lenders, sponsors and borrowers on international project finance transactions. In 2023, Business Today included Lorraine in the Top 10 Most Influential UK Project Lawyers to Watch in 2023 and she is a Chambers Band 1 ranked Projects lawyer.
She has particular specialism advising on “first of a kind” project finance transactions.
