Career

Lluís joined the team of Faus Moliner in 2017 coming from PwC, where he worked during 4 years as part of the transactions legal team (M&A). He has recently promoted to partner at Faus Moliner.

He has experience in investment operations, due diligence processes, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial contracts. Currently, he advises national and international companies on corporate transactions, regulation of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, market access and financing of medicinal products and is the author of various publications on these matters.

Personal

Born in 1988. Graduate in Economics (Barcelona, 2010) and Law (Barcelona, 2012); LLM (Barcelona, 2012); Management Development Plan (Madrid, 2017); and Master in Health Evaluation and Market Access (Madrid, 2022). Lluis lives in Barcelona. He enjoys sailing and riding bicycles.
