Jordi Faus

He specializes in Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Law, Competition Law, Corporate Transactions and Corporate Law.

Jordi Faus began his career in the law firm of Agustín Jausàs and in 1997 he founded Faus Moliner together with his partner Xavier Moliner.

Health Law Section of the Barcelona Bar, Spanish Association of Pharmaceutical Law, Officer at Life Sciences Section of IBA.

Author of "Farma, un viaje por la industria farmacéutica" (2008), a travel journal to understand how the pharmaceutical industry works and Co-Director of "Treaty of Pharmaceutical Law". He is also author of various other articles on EU, competition and pharmaceutical law matters published in peer reviewed journals.

Born in 1963. Law Degree University of Barcelona (Barcelona, 1986); Master in Advanced European Legal Studies, (College of Europe, Bruges, 1987); PDG, IESE Business School, (Barcelona, 2002). Jordi lives in Barcelona with his wife Marina. He enjoys cooking, growing vegetables, and taking care of his family and friends.
