With over 25 years' experience, his work has included multi-jurisdictional trademark advice (contentious and noncontentious) covering over 150 jurisdictions in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. In addition to his focus on trademarks and designs, he assists in high-level strategies and negotiations regarding patents, trade secrets, and copyright. As Regional Managing Partner, Asia-Pacific, Office Managing Partner, Tokyo, and a member of the firm’s management team, Lloyd also brings his experience and leadership to bear on achieving the firm's strategy in Asia-Pacific. Putting clients at the center of everything he does, Lloyd takes an innovative and client-led approach to problem solving and develops creative and commercial solutions to help clients achieve their legal and commercial objectives.
