Siew Kam Boon practices in M&A, private equity and emerging growth and venture capital, with significant experience in the technology, health care and life sciences, outsourcing, media, telecommunications, FMCG, energy, infrastructure and resources industries. Ms. Boon represents corporate clients, including PE and VC funds, sovereign wealth funds and special situations groups. Before joining Dechert, Ms. Boon served as a partner in the PE and emerging growth practice at K&L Gates; worked in the M&A group in the Singapore and Shanghai offices of another international law firm; and worked at one of the largest law firms in Singapore.
