Jacky Scanlan-Dyas is a leading M&A lawyer with over 20 years of cross-border transaction experience including M&A, investments, exits, joint ventures, complex commercial contracts, and restructuring and insolvency issues. Jacky serves as the Head of the firm’s Corporate & Finance Practice Group for the Asia Pacific region and is a member of the firm’s global M&A leadership committee. She also previously served as the Co-Global Lead for the Manufacturing and Industrials sector.
Jacky is consistently recognized as one of the top M&A practitioners in the Japan market and has received numerous accolades for her role in launching the firm’s Japan M&A team, which has now been ranked Tier 1 by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific for multiple years consecutively. Her work advising clients on business and growth opportunities through the Japan – India “Investment Corridor” was recently recognized with a commendation by the Financial Times in its Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers 2024 report for being among the most innovative in the region.
