Lisa Davies

Lisa is a partner in the Succession and Tax team who specialises in the full range of non-contentious Private Client services, including the administration of estates, advising on inheritance tax, Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has considerable experience in dealing with cross-jurisdictional estates and tax planning matters, as well as complex and high value cases including the administration of estates with agricultural and business assets. She also advises on disputed probate and trust matters.

Fluent in Italian, she has been involved in a number of cases involving British citizens with issues in Italy and has worked with her counterparts in Italy to achieve successful outcomes for these individuals.

Lisa has practised in the area of Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning for the last 17 years and is a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly).

Lisa has written for a number of publications, including Solicitors Journal, Lexis Nexis and Money Observer and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio Wales.
