Blake Morgan is known for our experience in advising high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and families. We offer a wide range of traditional private client services, including wealth preservation, estate planning or administration (including international estates and cross-border matters), Will drafting, cross-border and UK tax planning, as well as issues relating to a loss of mental capacity and other family matters, such as nuptial agreements and sensitive legal issues concerning relationship breakdown and children.

We also act in contentious matters, including Will and succession challenges, Inheritance Act disputes, property ownership disputes involving trusts of land, proprietary estoppel cases, contentious court of protection claims and professional negligence claims arising in the context of succession and estates.

We can help ensure our clients assets are structured to grow whilst making use of valuable reliefs such as Business Property Relief, Agricultural Property Relief and Entrepreneurs’ Relief, to minimise the payment of Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains and Income Tax payable during lifetime or on death. We also provide residential conveyancing and property structuring advice.
