Lip San Soh

Lip San excels at complex construction and engineering dispute resolution particularly for energy and infrastructure assets. Representative 'bet the company' transactions include ICC arbitrations relating to a high-speed rail project, UNCITRAL arbitration on a life of mine pricing arbitration, defending a professional engineer in respect of a high profile bridge collapse, joint venture disputes, SIAC arbitration on a crane collapse. Lip San is also highly experienced in long term supply and offtake agreements for a wide variety of chemical products. He also works with a team to advise on non-contentious landmark projects such as desalination plants and concessions. He is lauded for "very good at drafting and strategising". He has been named as a Senior Accredited Specialist for Building and Construction Law in the inaugural batch of the Singapore Academy of Law’s Specialist Accreditation Scheme. Lip San is also a legal advisor to the Singapore Contractor’s Association.
