Lin Li heads the IP & Technology practice group. She handles contentious matters involving patent, trade mark, copyright and industrial design infringement and passing off including anti-counterfeiting actions. Lin Li is regularly engaged by clients to advise on cross border transactions involving franchising, licensing, technology transfer and transfer of ownership. A substantial part of her practice covers advising and working with local and international clients.
