Career

Kim Poh practises exclusively in intellectual property and information technology laws. He also has vast experience in a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters including trademarks, industrial designs, patents, copyright, breach of confidential information, domain name disputes as well as franchising. He frequently appears before the High Court for IP cases and has appeared before the Court of Appeal and Federal Court in several IP cases, either as lead counsel or junior counsel, including a few which culminated in landmark decisions.

Publications
