Liming Zhang is a partner at Watson & Band, renowned for his exceptional expertise in intellectual property law and dispute resolution. With a unique blend of technical and legal education, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and an LLM from East China University of Political Science and Law.

Mr. Zhang's expertise is widely recognized in the legal community. He serves as a designated expert for the Supreme People's Procuratorate's "civil and administrative procuratorial expert consultation network ". His leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Shanghai Trademark and Brand Association and as a vocational trainer for patent agents at the All-China Patent Agents Association. He is also an active member of the Intellectual Property Committee of Shanghai Bar Association and China Law Society.

His outstanding contributions to the field have earned him numerous accolades. He was among the first batch of "A Thousand Lawyer Talents for Foreign-related Matters in China" selected by the PRC Ministry of Justice and the initial "Shanghai Talent Pool of Lawyers Handling Foreign-related Matters". Furthermore, he is listed in Shanghai's first "Expert Directory for Resolution and Guidance on Overseas IP Rights Disputes" and the “Expert Directory for Intellectual Property Protection and Assistance for Exhibitions”. Mr. Zhang is individually ranked for patent litigation by IAM Patent 1000. Additionally, the World Trademark Review has consistently recognized him in its WTR1000 Global Rankings of Leading Trademark Legal Services as an "Outstanding Individual in Trademark Prosecution and Strategy/Enforcement and Litigation".

Since joining Watson & Band in 2001, Mr. Zhang has been focusing on intellectual property law, specializing in providing legal advices and solutions to complex IP disputes. His track record includes handling landmark cases recognized by various legal authorities and ranking agencies, such as those selected for the "2004 Top 10 Typical IP Cases in China" of the PRC Intellectual Property Administration, the "2012 World Top 10 IP Cases" of the UK magazine Manage IP, the "2017 Typical Cases in Regulation of Malicious Trademark Registration" of the Beijing IP Court and the "2018 Top 10 Malicious Trademark Registration Cases" of the China Trademark Association.

张黎明律师是华诚的合伙人，先后就读于华东理工大学和华东政法大学，获工学学士学位和法律硕士学位。

张黎明律师是最高人民检察院聘任的“民事行政检察专家咨询网”专家、中国法学会会员和中华全国专利代理人协会专利代理人上岗培训教师；同时担任上海市商标品牌协会副会长、上海市律师协会知识产权专业委员会委员。

首批入选 “司法部全国千名涉外律师人才”、“上海涉外法律人才”、“上海知识产权海外纠纷应对指导专家”和“上海展会维权援助专家”；入选IAM Patent 1000专利诉讼领域个人榜单、《World Trademark Review》全球领先商标法律服务排行榜杰出个人榜单。
