Liliam specializes in finance, tax and foreign trade law. Her work involves advising on the structuring of integrated projects and M&As in regulated sectors. She has experience in negotiating complex contracts, infrastructure and financing. She advises Brazilian and foreign clients from a wide range of sectors, such as mining, energy, transportation and logistics, agribusiness, food and beverages, the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, automotive, among others.
