Has extensive experience in structuring and implementing highly complex corporate reorganizations involving publicly traded companies and different acquisition structures, including tender offer procedures. Provides legal advice on representing companies and investors in administrative proceedings and in consultations with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He works on business structuring and the creation of companies, joint ventures, consortia, associations, foundations and other forms of business. His work in the most important privatization processes of the 1990s, such as CPFL, Eletropaulo (both in the energy sector), Vale (mining sector) and Telebrás (telecommunications sector) gave him differentiated experience in negotiating, structuring and adapting to specific regulations, as well as improving his ability to understand the client's business.
