Mr. Liang Hong is the founding partner of Zhihe Partners. His main practice areas are commercial law, state-owned enterprises, real estate and infrastructure construction, as well as government public legal services. He has extensive experience in the above areas as well as in the areas of capital markets, corporate compliance, data security and dispute resolution.
Career
Mr. Hong used to work for the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He serves as an arbitrator at the Shanghai Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Shanghai Arbitration Commission, in the mean time he also acts as the Deputy Director of Corporate Compliance Professional Committee of China Bar Association, Director of Government Legal Advisory Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. He is a part-time professor of East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Hong is a member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Youth Federation, and concurrently serves as the secretary-general of the Federation.
