Before becoming a full-time lawyer, I worked in a state-owned enterprise for three years and then served as CFO in a high-tech private enterprise (family business) for seven years. I possess a unique advantage of having dual knowledge backgrounds in finance (with an accountant title) and law, as well as practical work experience. I specialize in comprehensive corporate business and wealth management business, and am skilled in corporate investment and mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate compliance, wealth management and inheritance, and commercial dispute resolution.
