Leslee Lewis

Serves as corporate and real estate counsel to national and regional businesses, banks, hospitals, and nonprofits in daily contracts and affairs, financing, governance, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, and all areas of real estate. Counsel to renewable energy and battery storage developers, PE's and lenders in all real estate development, acquisition, financing, opinion, land control, and regulatory aspects of clean energy, including projects involving the largest public and independent wind developers in North America and approximately 3/4 of the largest wind and solar projects in Michigan.
