Leonardo Pardini has been working in the labour area for over 15 years, focused both on litigation and advisory matters, providing assistance to national and international companies of various sectors and size.
His previous experience includes working in one of the leading financial institutions in Brazil and one of the country’s leading full-service law firms, where he was in charge of managing key business issues of several companies, leading a team of lawyers and interns.
Leonardo’s practice involves preventive legal support, including advice to Human Resources departments and training sectors, and efforts to prevent litigations through negotiations.
He holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from FGV-SP, specializations in Labour and Union Relations (WCCA) and in Labour Law (IICS), and an LL.B. from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
