With over 27 years of experience in the labour area, Antonio Carlos Frugis has worked and still works in the most diverse and complex labour litigations and consultancy matters, providing advice to Brazilian and foreign clients of various sectors, such as packaging, energy, pharmaceutical, banking, automotive, beverages, and others. Before founding Soto Frugis, he was a senior partner at Demarest, where he was in charge of managing a team of over 30 lawyers located in São Paulo/SP, Brasília/DF, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, and Campinas/SP.

Antonio holds specializations in Labour and Union Relations (WCCA) and in Civil Procedure Law from PUC-SP, and an LL.B. also from the same institution. He is currently a distinguished member of the Advisory Legal Board at the São Paulo Industries Federation (FIESP), Brazil’s most relevant and influent industry association.
