Leo Lopes de Oliveira Neto

Leo Lopes leads the Tax Litigation practice at FAS Advogados.

With over 18 years of experience, he has a significant presence in tax disputes, both in judicial and administrative contexts, at federal, state, and municipal levels, providing assistance to clients in the financial, insurance, retail, technology, services, and manufacturing sectors.

Additionally, he is one of the partners responsible for the pension area, specializing in disputes involving payroll tax matters.

He holds a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica – PUC (São Paulo) and completed a specialization in Tax Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGVLaw (São Paulo) in 2011. He currently serves as a professor of Tax Law at Universidade Paulista – Unip (São Paulo).
