As a partner, she co-heads the firm’s Real Estate and Construction practice in Latvia. Since 1997, she has enjoyed building a legal culture based on trust in client relations. Her strength lies in finding non-standard solutions to complex client situations that often demand a multidisciplinary legal and even engineering approach and business insight.

She has contributed to drafting regulatory enactments on the prevention of divided ownership of real estate and property expropriation, liability and insurance in construction.
