Lawton Camp has a broad range of securitization experience, including representing issuers, underwriters and investors in a wide variety of securitizations, structured products and covered bonds. These include mortgage-backed securities and securitizations of marketplace loans; credit card, trade, lease and consumer finance receivables; auto loans; export credit agency (ECA) loans; emerging market “future flows”; and the structuring of CLOs, REITs, EETCs, catastrophe bonds, cash and synthetic collateralized debt obligations, and various derivative instruments and structured products. Recently Lawton has also advised on the creation, structuring and financing of various specialty finance companies and Fintech platforms.
