Laura Kurtz

Laura Kurtz is the Co-Chair of Eckert Seamans' Public Finance practice group and focuses her practice in the area of public and municipal finance representing governments, financial institutions and 501(c)(3) entities. She serves as bond and note counsel in financings involving nonprofits and state and local government issuers, including various types of municipalities, schools and authorities. Laura has represented issuers, borrowers, trustees, underwriters and banks in hundreds of different financing transactions.
