Mr. Kyung Don Lee is a senior partner at Shin & Kim and is presently a member of the Management Committee. His main practice areas include corporate matters, M&A, real estate, and real estate finance.

He is particularly seasoned with extensive experience in the areas of real estate and real estate finance, and provided advisory services to foreign investors, including the acquisition of the Gangnam Finance Center and the development project of IFC Seoul in Yeoeui-do, Seoul.
