Practice Areas
Mr. Kyung Don Lee is a senior partner at Shin & Kim and is presently a member of the Management Committee. He co-heads Shin & Kim’s International Dispute Resolution Practice Group together with Mr. Robert Wachter, and his main practice areas include corporate matters, M&A, real estate, and real estate finance.
He is particularly seasoned with extensive experience in the areas of real estate and real estate finance, and provided advisory services to foreign investors, including the acquisition of the Gangnam Finance Center and the development project of IFC Seoul in Yeoeui-do, Seoul.
With wide acclaim for his expertise and excellence in real estate matters, Mr. Lee is recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” by renowned global institutions that provide annual rankings in the legal sector, such as the Asialaw, Chambers, and Legal500. He was also listed by Who's Who Legal as a “National Leader” in the Construction & Real Estate sector.
