She advises Fortune 500 clients on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud computing, blockchain, Web 3.0, Game-Fi, Digital ID, data sharing, and trust services.

She provides legal counsel for leading domestic and international clients on:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI risk-mitigation, compliance and governance; drafting AI policies, agreements, and licensing; AI public policy and cross-border legal assessments; providing legal training and updates on AI laws.

• Data Protection & Cybersecurity: data privacy compliance, data governance, cross-border data transfers, data localization, data mapping, data analytics, and enforcement in response to data protection and cybersecurity incidents.

• Digital Platforms & Emerging Technologies: platform liability mitigation, digital platform regulation, direct marketing, digital ID, blockchain, Web 3.0, metaverse, GameFi, data sharing and trust services.

• E-commerce, E-transactions, Outsourcing, and Technology: electronic signatures, e-seals, digital identification, authentication, NFTs, IT outsourcing, labelling, hosting immunity, safe harbour, spam mail, email marketing, SMS and push notifications.

• Computer Crime and Cyber Fraud: computer crime, criminal code, and anti cyber fraud.

• Music and Digital Media: music industry, gaming, e-Sports, advertisement, and entertainment.

Career

Kritiyanee is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E). She advises international and local companies on the GDPR and Thailand’s PDPA, and has coached Thailand’s national PDPA competition, the Digital ID and AI Hackathon. She was appointed by the Thai Parliament as advisor to the "Ad-Hoc Committee for Considering and Studying the Guidance on Regulation and Promotion of Using Artificial Intelligence Technologies to Facilitate Future Changes" an official committee established under Thailand's House of Representatives to prepare AI laws in Thailand, and serves as counsel to the National Human Rights Commission on AI’s impact on human rights.
