He is a seasoned advisor and litigator in complex patent litigation and regulatory cases (e.g., for generic pharmaceutical companies), parallel import cases and cross-border issues. Clients include industrial conglomerates and major players in the life sciences, media, and telecommunications sectors. He is sought out for his thought leadership regarding diverse commercial, civil and even criminal matters, and for his knowledge of (international) procedural law issues. Kristof is a frequent speaker at professional and academic conferences and has published many articles on intellectual property and private international law.
