Kris is a partner in Argo’s Corporate M&A practice group. He has years of experience and expertise in M&A, acting frequently for private equity firms. Kris is also regularly involved in the set-up of management incentive and participation schemes, joint venture structures, real estate M&A and fund structuring.
Kris is a graduate of the University of Leuven (Law degree, 1999), and holds an LL.M degree from the University of California Los Angeles (2002). He is a member of the Bar since 1999. Kris worked at Linklaters until 2013, when he joined Argo Law as one of its founding partners.
