Francis Wijnakker is a partner in Argo’s banking & finance department.
Francis has extensive experience in corporate finance and advises both Belgian and international clients on a broad range of complex finance transactions. His practice focuses on acquisition finance, general corporate lending and debt capital markets, including US private placements and Schuldschein loan instruments.
He holds a law degree from Ghent University (2011) and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University (2012). Francis joined Argo in 2025, after having worked for 13 years in the banking & finance department of a leading international law firm in Brussels.
