Kostas Katsiris

Kostas Katsiris is a first-chair trial lawyer and civil litigator and member of Venable's Management Committee. For over 25 years, Kostas has achieved notable results for prominent companies in a number of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, real estate, hotel management, medical devices, and life sciences. Kostas is as comfortable prosecuting high-stakes claims as he is defending clients in critical disputes. His practice encompasses litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States, as well as arbitrations administered by the AAA, ICDR, JAMS, and other organizations. Kostas also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations and representing clients in regulatory enforcement proceedings and other sensitive matters.
