Andrew Price is a co-chair of the Trademark Prosecution and Counseling Group. A globally recognized IP attorney, Andrew draws on decades of experience at Venable to help clients establish, protect, and profit from their brands worldwide. He manages large portfolios of trademarks, exploits IP opportunities, and controls crisis situations for clients of all sizes—from startups and celebrities to nonprofits and multinational corporations. Andrew focuses on brand strategy, as well as clearing, registering, licensing, enforcing and defending all types of trademarks (e.g., brand names, logos, slogans, and trade dress).
