John H Genovese

John Genovese focuses his practice on troubled loan workouts, bankruptcy litigation in Bankruptcy and U.S. District Courts, insurance insolvencies, and other complex commercial litigation. John acted as co-counsel for the class action shareholders/noteholders in the Enron Chapter 11 proceeding and related matters, which resulted in settlements in excess of $7.2 billion, the nation's largest securities class action recovery. He also served as special litigation counsel to the Chapter 11 Trustee of Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, P.A, reported to be the fourth-largest Ponzi scheme ever in bankruptcy, settling litigation matters for more than $100 million.
