Konata regularly advises technology companies, founders, investors and other strategic and financial parties in all aspects of investing and divestiture transactions, including shareholders arrangements, majority and minority equity investments, and joint ventures. Konata has played a leading role in the firm’s relationship with burgeoning companies in Canada that are poised to effect significant change in how we do business and regularly advises the firm’s clients on mergers and acquisitions transactions involving technology companies.
Having practiced for over two years in New York, Konata provides comprehensive advice in cross-border transactions, helping clients expand their footprint in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.
