Kirby represents corporations and executives in government investigations and criminal litigation, and in complex civil litigation. He also conducts internal investigations for companies. He has tried more than 50 cases before a jury. He has extensive experience in cross border investigations in multiple countries, including those involving cartel, foreign bribery, and money laundering allegations.
Kirby was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Columbia.
He co-authors Federal Sentencing for Business Crimes (Lexis-Nexis) and Responding to Corporate Criminal Investigations (BNA).
