Chair of the Litigation practice. Defends clients in government investigations and complex criminal and civil trials in a range of areas including the FCPA, price fixing, insider trading, and public corruption statutes. Has conducted internal investigations for multinational corporations into fraud, embezzlement, and bribery allegations.
Previously worked at D.C. Public Defender Service, where he defended indigent clients charged with serious felony offenses. Throughout career, has tried approximately 50 cases to resolution before juries and judges in various Federal and state courts.
