Kimberley is a claimant catastrophic and serious injuries solicitor with over 20 years post-qualification experience solely advising injured individuals. She has a particular interest and expertise in injuries to the brain and spine, and limb amputations.
After studying law at the University of Bristol and Chester College of Law, Kimberley qualified as a solicitor in 1998. Since qualifying, she has spent nearly 20 years working in respected City of London law firms.

Kimberley achieved settlements in excess of £30m for her injured clients between 2015 and 2018. One of these cases, comprised a settlement in 2017 of £9m for a motorcyclist who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury and a spinal cord injury. Another case, comprised a settlement of £2.7m in 2018 for a young factory worker who suffered a below knee amputation in a road traffic accident. Kimberley was also the lead fee-earner in the Court of Appeal ruling of Jacobs v MIB [2010].
