Kim covers all areas of business immigration. He has extensive experience of advising companies in the finance, media and technology sectors. He has a particular interest in helping overseas businesses and entrepreneurs to establish a presence in the UK. He also advises individuals on a wide range of immigration and nationality matters, including family visas, British citizenship and the EU Settlement Scheme.

Career

Kim joined Kingsley Napley in 2015 and became a partner in 2022.
