Practice Areas

Jane is a partner in the family & divorce team and she advises clients on the protection of wealth, both pre and post divorce and her breadth of experience both in negotiating discreet settlements and in taking cases to trial means that she is much in demand by individual clients and family offices alike. Jane acts for equal numbers of men and women and many of her clients come from across the country and abroad, as well as London. She has won numerous industry awards, and in a highly popular, albeit unusually early move, in 2013, she became Kingsley Napley’s Senior Partner being then one of only four women to lead a UK Top 100 law firm. She fulfilled the role for five years before handing on to the current Senior Partner, Stephen Parkinson in 2018.
