Kevin L. Kelley is a veteran real estate lawyer who regularly represents developers, owners, lenders, and investors in real estate development, investment, and financing in Texas and around the U.S. He is also involved in construction financing and the placement of equity, and has substantial experience in loan restructures, workouts and foreclosures. Kevin’s clientele includes large, sophisticated, and active commercial real estate developers of hospitality properties and hotels, stakeholders in high-profile urban developments, and developers of corporate headquarters and campuses, including Canadian investors with large portfolios of multifamily properties in the U.S.
Kevin is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and holds membership with The Real Estate Council and the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
