Kestutis is a partner and head of the firm’s regional Real Estate & Construction team. He was office managing partner of our Lithuanian office from 2001 to 2013. He became exceedingly interested in real estate and real estate transactions since the beginning of the last decade when the first commercial, cashflow-generating properties were being developed in our region. Since then he has assisted in and co-ordinated over 50 large commercial property deals with a total value of over EUR 2.5 billion.
