An expert in the Building Safety Act 2022 Kerry cases is currently acting in a number of high value disputes including the highest value RCO case in the Tribunal. Kerry’s construction work is often related to building safety. Kerry’s property work includes options and overage, and development disputes, freehold covenants, restrictive covenants, easements, land registration, commercial and residential landlord and tenant, conveyancing disputes, mortgages, and nuisance. Commercial disputes are at the heart of Kerry’s practice often including those which arise out of development or property transactions but increasingly Kerry acts in commercial litigation.

Kerry is co-author of “The Electronic Communications Code: A Practical Guide” the 2nd edition was published in May 2023 and Kerry was a contributor to “Service Charges and Management 5th Edition”.
