Kerby Kniss is a Partner in CROKE FAIRCHILD DUARTE & BERES Finance & Liquidity Solutions and Restructuring & Special Situations practice groups.

Kerby has a wide ranging finance practice. Kerby is experienced representing borrowers, lenders, and participants, including banks, alternative lenders, REITs, insurance companies, credit funds, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and EC/VC companies on broad spectrum of finance transactions including asset-based and cash-flow loans, real estate lending, acquisition financing/leveraged buyouts, structured finance transactions, distressed debt and workouts, restructurings, esoteric asset lending, and other secured and unsecured credit facilities.

In addition, Kerby has a proven ability to manage and advise on all aspects of the transactions including corporate structuring and other general corporate matters, and to work seamlessly alongside the firm’s other practice groups. Clients look to Kerby for thoughtful, commercial and pragmatic solutions and value Kerby’s tenacious work ethic and her ability to execute results to achieve clients’ desired outcomes and goals. Prior to joining Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Kerby was a debt finance associate at Holland & Knight.
